Where do VitaminseaStore items ship to?
We ship locally and internationally. We can only offer our “free shipping for orders over R2000 amount for online orders for shipping addresses within South Africa. If you would like us to ship internationally to a country not listed on our international shipping list, please email us at info@vitaminseastore.com with the products you are interested in and a complete shipping address, and we will prepare a quote for you.
How will my order be shipped?
We partner with The Courier Guy for standard delivery. All domestic orders will be shipped using The Courier Guy unless an expedited shipping method has been selected. For more information on shipping, please contact us on info@vitaminseastore.com
All international orders will be shipped using DHL
How long does it take to process and ship my order?
All of our products are made to order and are manufactured within 5-8 business days of when the order is placed. Shipping time is not included in the 5-8 business day production time (this includes orders with expedited shipping). Based on the order’s destination, shipping times can vary between 2-7 days.
How can I track my order?
Once you have placed an order, you will receive a tracking number from our courier partner.
You can use this tracking number to track your order on the link provided by email.
Can I cancel or change my order after it's placed?
You may change or cancel any standard product order at any time prior to shipping. For Custom Design orders, you may change or cancel your order at any point prior to production. Once you have approved your digital mock-up, your Custom Design has officially gone into production and the order becomes non-refundable.
Can my order be gift-wrapped?
All orders arrive packed in a previously used and very neatly revived box – as good as new. Because The VitaminseaStore was founded on the principle of sustainability, we feel it’s important to minimize the amount of packaging we use, therefore we do not offer any gift wrap options.
